AIRPORT
The South Bend Regional Airport (SBN) serves in excess of one million travelers annually through its unique blend of transportation services. The South Bend Regional Airport is the only airport in the United States to have developed a multi-modal transportation center offering air and intercity rail, as well as interstate and intrastate bus service all at one convenient location.
At SBN, passengers have the option of traveling on any one of six major airlines that offer connections to destinations around the world through eight hub cities.
For passengers traveling by bus, South Bend Regional Airport serves as an intercity bus terminal for Greyhound bus services. Ground travelers have the option of reaching Chicago from South Bend via commuter limousine service or by rail. Both Coach USA (Formerly United Limo, Inc.) and the South Shore Line make multiple trips daily to and from Chicago seven days a week. TRANSPO, the city bus line, also offers convenient transportation to destinations in and around the South Bend/Mishawaka communities.
