
Survey of Wages and Benefits
The survey documents wage and benefits statistics for 91
occupations
in St. Joseph County. The survey provides areas of response for both
small and large manufacturing and non-manufacturing firms, as well
as countyw
ide averages for each occupation. This year, 125 businesses
from across St. Joseph County responded to the survey. These businesses
represented commercial, industrial and large public sector employer.
The survey has been conducted annually since the late 1980’s.
Information from the survey is used by a wide variety of clients and
user groups, including site selection consultants, local businesses
interested in tracking and monitoring wage and benefit levels, and
firms new to the community.

Post
Secondary Education and Training Opportunities: North Central Indiana and Southwestern Michigan
The directory is a comprehensive listing of post secondary education
and technical training opportunities available at 22 institutions
in the Michiana region. Program offerings for each institution are
described, including current enrollment figures, course/degree requirements,
admission requirements and typical class sizes. The directory also
includes a catalog of work force certification programs, such as computer
network maintenance certification and skilled trade apprenticeship
programs available in the region.
